Meet
Connie Vogt
Connie became an agent with Heartland Travel in 1985, and loved the business so much she’s never left. She bought the agency from Doris Rippelmeyer in 2001, and has continued working to fulfill her customers’ dreams of seeing the world. Connie holds a bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism from St. Louis University, and has traveled extensively in both Europe and Asia. Together with her husband Paul, she has five children. Her extensive travel experience and love of far-flung destinations make her the agency’s specialist in places like Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Punta Cana, Alaska, Mexico and more.

Laurie Dietz
Laurie is an adventurous traveler who has vacationed throughout Costa Rica, the Caribbean, and the United States. She came to Heartland Travel in 2006 after working as a travel agent for AAA and taking some time off to raise her children. Laurie is passionate about helping Heartland clients experience their destination to the fullest. Laurie is a Sandals specialist, has arranged many destination weddings, and also specializes in Jamaica, Punta Cana, Cancun/Mayan Riviera and the US & British Virgin Islands.
